This is a hair turban I purchased at a marche in Nagoya. I believe it's a handmade item, but I've forgotten the name of the shop. It's designed so you can tie it at your preferred position and tightness. It's charcoal gray, making it easy to match with various outfits. I used to wear it with the apron dress I'm also selling.
