This is a 1999 model with a red shell and black fleece lining. This mid-period model with all-black fleece is rare because it was only made in '99!! It's about 25 years old, so there's some wear and tear, but there are no noticeable scratches or stains. There are early, mid, and late models, and this is a mid-period model. Personally, I think the mid-period model with hand warmers, a nylon shell, and a double zipper is the best. Early models (97, 98) don't have hand warmers, Late models (03-07) have a polyester shell, which is less durable and prone to abrasion, and a single zipper.
