These are Showa-retro pencils. Upon investigation, they are discontinued Colleen pencils, technical drawing pencils. Originally, they seem to have been a set of 4, but there are only 3, and there is no case. These are items from that time, stored at my parents' home. There are minor scratches and dirt due to storage, but I have judged that there is no problem with use. Thank you for your consideration.
