This is a Ralph Lauren parasol. It is not a rain umbrella. I purchased it at Takashimaya a few years ago. It has been used, so there are some areas where the polka dots are slightly peeled off. The outer bag has more damage than the umbrella itself. The umbrella ribs are in good condition, and it folds smoothly. Please consider purchasing if you understand that this is a used item.
