This is something I received from a friend last week. It's a stepper for exercise. They don't remember how long they used it, but it moves smoothly. I'll include the instruction manual, etc., as shown in the pictures. How about using it for exercise at home? I plan to wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it in a recycled cardboard box. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details.
