This is a portable sewing kit. I think I got it at a shrine somewhere. It was just sitting at my parents' house. It has two needles, three pins, and a needle threader, making it a pretty solid set. I don't need it since I sew myself, but I think this set is well-equipped to handle most things. It comes in a shiny gold case with the shrine's engraving.
