The specific model name is unknown. I have adjusted it for ease of playing and confirmed the sound output through an amplifier. The neck appears to have no extreme warping, as all frets produce sound in standard tuning. Being an old guitar, it has overall scratches, dents, and rust/dulling on the metal parts. The rhythm/treble plate for the toggle switch is missing. The front and rear escutcheons were cracked, so they have been replaced with SCUD curved bottom parts. Other modification history is unknown.
