This is a souvenir plate in the shape of Mickey Mouse that was sold during the Tokyo Disneyland 35th Anniversary. It is new and unused, but it was not individually packaged when sold, so there may be some surface scratches. I have also attached a photo of the scratches, although they are difficult to see.
