This is the Danelectro Cool Cat V2 Fuzz. It's a pretty versatile fuzz, with separate controls for low and high frequencies, and the ability to adjust the distortion and input gain via a switch and variable resistor on the back. It leans towards a distortion sound, with a slightly cold tone. It's not a thick, "zumomo" sound, but rather a punkish, fast-paced, and raw sound. The sound cuts through well. Depending on the switch settings, it can also function as a fuzz-like harmonic booster or overdrive. It can also be made quite clean, which is also quite good. The knob on top of the two-band EQ is missing, but adjustments can still be made normally. Operation has been confirmed, and there are no included accessories. Thank you!
