I purchased this item new and wore it with care. I took good care of it, and I removed any pills with a machine, so I believe it's in good condition. However, I haven't removed every single one, and the upper body is made of a fabric that tends to pill easily. Therefore, please refrain from purchasing if you are particularly concerned about this. I checked for stains, blemishes, and fraying, but I didn't find any. I am careful when checking, but please forgive any oversights as I am not a professional.
