This is a windbreaker from the Edmonton Eskimos (now the Edmonton Elks), a Canadian football team. I bought it at a shop in Canada about 30 years ago when I went to watch a game. I wore it 2-3 times right after I bought it, and then stored it at home. Because the fabric is thin overall, the white parts are slightly see-through.
