I received this about 15 years ago. It's cute, so I've kept it carefully. It's a no-brand item, but each flower is carefully carved. The carving and painting are also quite elaborate, and I think it's quite rare. It's new and has no rust or chips. I don't know the material, but it's heavy (not light). Please note that this has been stored at home.
