It's a potty shaped like a toilet. When you turn the lever, it makes the sound of flushing water. It has not been used as a toilet, but it has been sat on a few times while wearing clothes, so please be aware of this before purchasing. My child refused to use the toilet, and potty training didn't progress, so I am selling it due to moving. I have wiped it down with alcohol as a precaution.
