This is a fire prevention amulet from Atago Shrine, located at the summit of Mt. Atago, a sacred mountain in Kyoto, famous for warding off fire. It reads "火迺要慎" (Hinoyoojin, meaning "Beware of Fire"). This valuable amulet is a symbol of Atago-san, renowned for its efficacy in fire prevention and protection.
