This is a no-brand party bag. I bought it because I liked the gentle color and pearl-like decorations when attending a relative's wedding. The chain is removable, but can also be used while attached. I've used it twice, but I'm selling it because I don't have any use for it for a while. I will put it in a zippered bag to waterproof it, and then ship it in a bag. I don't see any stains or dirt (I don't think I missed anything, but please judge from the photos). This is based on my personal assessment, so please consider this if you are interested.
