I bought this a year ago and enjoyed playing with it quite a bit, and I think it's in relatively good condition. The transparent tube has some marks from the balls rolling through it. I wiped it, and they faded a little. All the parts are included, but the box is not. Sometimes, the balls get stuck near the entrance or exit. I would move them by putting my finger in or shaking the toy. The ones at the support center had the same issue, so I guess that's just how the toy is. Operation has been confirmed. The batteries are included. I'm not considering selling individual parts at this time.
