This is a flamenco skirt with beautiful lace. I purchased it from the online shop of Farruca, a flamenco magazine. I believe it was around ¥16,000. Because the lace is see-through, I had a petticoat-like skirt made to wear underneath (ordered from a flamenco shop for about ¥10,000). Length: 98cm Waist (laid flat): 33cm There's a 15cm panel at the waist, so you can adjust the length to your liking. Circumference: 8m. This allows for beautiful skirt movement. The inner skirt has the same circumference, so it has some weight. The fabric other than the lace is stretchy.
