Purchased at Seibu Shibuya about 5 years ago. Used only a few times, but there are slight scratches. There are no issues with use. There is a Prada engraving on the inside of the temples and the upper right of the left lens. The nose pads have been replaced at the Seibu department store due to rust, so they are not Prada-branded. Comes with an authentic PRADA case. The case has peeling and stains. Lens Shape: Wellington
