The outer bag is open, but the inner bag is unopened. For breastfeeding mothers, these are breathable and comfortable nursing pads. Individually wrapped for convenience! I liked them because they are thick and of good quality, but I'm not using them, so I'm selling them. I bought them between late August and early September of last year. I will take them out of the outer bag and ship them in an unused Ziploc bag.
