ICE was formed in 1993 by Kazuyuki Miyauchi (guitar) and Mayumi Kunioka (vocals). Miyauchi, originally a studio musician, showcased his outstanding guitar playing, and Kunioka's sensual and powerful vocals created a buzz in the music scene, leading to hits like "BABY MAYBE" (1996) and "CAN'T STOP THE MUSIC" (1998). Their music refined elements of 60s-70s rock, Motown, and free soul, arranging them in a danceable style. It was smooth and pleasing to the ear, while also appealing to connoisseurs, making them shine brightly in the 90s pop scene. This work is a DVD of their live performance at Akasaka Blitz in September 1998. It includes 11 songs plus comments from Mr. Miyauchi.
