It's a card featuring illustrations of "Otome Asakura" in a dealer outfit and "Kotori Tsukishima" in a bunny girl outfit. It's quite old, and because it was included in the first limited edition of the game, the number of cards issued was probably quite small, making it a rare card for fans.
