I purchased this at a US vintage clothing store over 30 years ago. It works by rubbing the front tire to make it spin, and then placing it on the floor to make it run. It has nostalgic white ribbon tires. The license plate reads: MF 316 Made in China MADE IN CHINA Size: Height: Approximately 8cm Length: Approximately 25cm Width: Approximately 10cm *I am not an expert, but I believe the condition is good considering its age.
