Irotec 5kg plates are not included (carabiners are included). You can train your upper body by putting plates on the pin and attaching the handlebar (Image 3). You can train your lower body by putting plates on the pin and attaching the ankle strap to your ankles (Image 4). You can train in multiple ways with tube training.
