This came out of the closet at my parents' house. There's no box or instruction manual, so based on my limited knowledge, I think it's cloisonné. The material is metal. The inside is lined with fabric. It's not immediately noticeable, but there are cracks in the patterned areas (see photo 8). It's about 8.5 x 14 x 3 cm.
