I dyed bleached cotton with persimmon tannin to create a flared dress. The persimmon tannin took well, resulting in a rich color and a texture similar to linen. It feels light and airy against the skin. I patched together scraps of kasuri and safflower-dyed fabric in a circular pattern and adorned them with sashiko stitching to resemble many flowers. The dimensions are shown at the end of the images. There is an opening of about 10cm in the back, and it is a pull-over style. A cute pocket is also attached on the right side. Depending on the season, it can be worn as a dress or a jumper skirt.
