I purchased this at a Ships store. I've used it about 5 times, and while the exterior doesn't show any noticeable scratches or stains, the interior has some slight pilling. It was stored hanging in a closet, so there are marks from being hung. There are hooks on both sides, so it might have been possible to use it as a shoulder bag, but I used it as a tote bag, so I don't have the shoulder strap. Please understand that this is a used item. I will fold it for shipping, so please be aware that there may be some creases.
