We've imported a sample of Élies Balloon, a Polish brand, from a balloon specialty store. The rubber is quite soft and stretches well. I also tried inflating one, and it didn't seem particularly prone to bursting. However, I wasn't very satisfied with the texture, such as the glossiness, so we're offering it at a special discount.
