The case is the older type. If you want to update the firmware, please remove the case and connect it to a computer. There are no major scratches. I have inspected the item, but please be aware that there may be minor scratches that I have missed. The first and second photos show the monitor for confirmation, so the power is on, but the item is only the main unit. Please prepare a power cable yourself.
