Siv Andreason [Siv Andreason] A female ceramic artist based in Malmö, southern Sweden, active in Europe. After studying at the Gothenburg School of Industrial Design (now HDK) from 1966 to 1970, she opened her own atelier in 1971. After working as a designer in Portugal, Germany, Thailand, and other countries for 11 years, she returned to Sweden in the fall of 2000 and opened an atelier兼gallery and shop in Malmö. Currently, in addition to her own ceramic production, she is also actively involved as a member of Formargruppen, which consists of 20 craft artists. She always considers functionality in her designs and specializes in simple and functional tableware.
