This is a Spoon Pet toy. Some parts are missing. Please check the photos as the pink rail bar is missing. There is pencil graffiti in the hole that the observation deck bar goes into. It will be simply packaged and delivered via Mercari delivery. Batteries are not included. They are LR44 batteries. I confirmed the operation a year ago, but I haven't been able to confirm it now because the batteries are dead. Two of the three pets move with power, but one is an accessory and does not move with batteries. The yellow bar has been found.
