Junk item: A large set of pencils. No markings. They were in an old Mitsubishi Pencil box, so they may be vintage Mitsubishi Pencil promotional items (not guaranteed). I tried sharpening one, and it wrote normally (see photo 2). They are dirty, but will become clean if wiped. Hardness may vary.
