This is a Bottega Veneta bi-fold wallet. I've used it for several years. It's painted black over silver, and the silver gradually appears with use, allowing you to enjoy the aging process. The inside has some damage, especially on the corners, likely due to rubbing against the zipper, but it's only visible when you lift the zipper, so it's not very noticeable. There are three card slots, but there are also slits behind the card slots and behind the coin purse, allowing you to store cards and receipts. I think it's compact but easy to use.
