This short cardigan was purchased about 4 years ago at a department store in Shinjuku. The material is firm, so it can be worn as a jacket for three seasons. The waist is shaped, and the sleeves are designed to puff out at the elbows. It can be coordinated well with wide pants or dresses. The material is "paper," a type of non-fibrous fiber, but it can be dry cleaned without any problems. I confirmed this with the salesperson when I purchased it.
