This is a Vivienne Westwood umbrella. Although the tag has been removed, it has never been used outdoors. I was collecting them, but due to long-term storage, there is some dullness on the tip and the vinyl on the handle is slightly torn. Please check photos 6 and 7. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these details. The colorful print is quite cute ^_^ I think it's a rare pattern that is no longer sold. When shipping, I will wrap the umbrella in bubble wrap and ship it as is.
