This is a butter case from ARABIA's popular Ruska series. Ruska was designed by Ulla Procopé in 1961 and is a popular series representing ARABIA, manufactured for many years. The butter case is not widely distributed within the Ruska series and is considered a rare item nowadays. A backstamp can be seen on the bottom.
