These thick winter pants were purchased at Akachan Honpo. They have a rather loose fit and are also quite heavy, but the ribbed waist and ankles allowed me to put them on my child securely. The color is a navy with a strong blue tint and a slight sheen. The fabric feels fluffy and warm.
