This is an Agnes B. fleece-lined cardigan. It's a set of two, perfect for twins or matching outfits. They show signs of wear, but there are no major stains. One has more wear than the other. They're around size 80-90, and I dressed my two-year-old in them, and they fit perfectly. They're fleece-lined, but not too hot or static-y, so I often put them on her.
