It's a light blue hat with a sunshade (^^) It's a blue-ish light blue color. It has a hook, which is very convenient (^^) I never used the hook, so it's clean (^^) I bought it as a spare, so I personally don't think there are any noticeable scratches, but there's some fuzz from the yellow felt I had attached. (See image 4) That's why I've listed it as "with scratches." While inspecting it, I found a small mark as shown in images 7 and 8.
