Formal Party Dress This is a formal dress with a black lace skirt and a cream-colored top, close to white. There is no size label, but I think it would be perfect for someone who wears a size S. I wore it twice and had it dry cleaned each time. It's in very clean condition with no stains, but I slightly snagged the lace skirt part. It's barely noticeable unless you look closely.
