It's a separate top and bottom set, and comes with a cute, frilly cape that can be adjusted with strings. As shown in the photos, it's cute whether you wear it around your neck or your waist. The size is 4T (approximately 95-105cm), but the top has a button in the back, is about 32cm from shoulder to hem, about 31cm wide, and has a polyester lining. The pants have elastic waist and hem, 24-30cm (length is measured flat), and are made of cotton. The cape is about 90cm wide from ribbon end to end, and about 48cm long.
