The antenna is not broken or bent, and there is no battery leakage in the battery compartment. Although it's an Aiwa brand, it is essentially a Sony product. I think the sound quality is good (Sony acquired and merged with Aiwa in 2002, and the Aiwa brand remained until 2008). The adapter is made by SONY.
