I purchased these shoes here in April of this year and used them as outdoor shoes for the first semester. They weren't worn by a child who uses a wheelchair or walks a lot, so they aren't heavily soiled, but there is some dirt. The Velcro straps are a bit fuzzy. There was a name written on the heel. The name on the right shoe has rubbed off, but the name on the left shoe is faintly visible. These shoes are being sold as-is.
