This is Kikuno, a product for hand massage. It is recommended by Dr. Toru Abo, who specializes in autonomic nerve and immune therapy. It has spiky, spring-like rings that can be used to massage the hands and also stimulate the cuticles. I believe it has been used very little, but there may be some aging.
