This is an embossing heater I purchased a few years ago. I believe I bought it from Kiwa Seisakusho. I used it a few times when making resin crafts, but I haven't used it since then. There are no noticeable scratches, but it has been stored at home, so there are some minor scratches and dirt. I have confirmed that it works. There is no box or instruction manual.
