This is a dress from Bebe. 100% cotton It's a thin fabric for summer. You can wear a cut-and-sew underneath, or wear it as is in the height of summer. You could also wear a cardigan over it. It comes with a belt made of the same fabric. There is a pocket on the right side. Since it's cotton, it wrinkles easily. Please understand that wrinkles may occur during shipping. I wore it often because I liked it, so there is some slight wear and tear. It's in good enough condition for everyday wear.
