This item is "as is." It is missing the rechargeable battery and instruction manual. I don't know when it was purchased or how often it was used. It was stored in a storage room at my parents' house. It is a junk item because I cannot confirm its operation. The main unit and charger have scratches and stains that cannot be wiped off. The box also has stains and scratches that cannot be wiped off. I hope that those who understand that this is a junk item will consider purchasing it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to imperfections.
