This is an open collar shirt from the 1940s. The color is navy. The material is linen or cotton linen. There is no material label. It's from a brand I've never heard of, but it uses Dan River fabric. You really don't see vintage linen shirts. Since it's linen, it's great because you don't have to be as careful when washing it compared to rayon or silk. It's hard to see in the images, but the shell buttons are vintage-like, and they have a distinct feel of being cut from a shell, which I liked. The gathering on the back is also great. The fit was just right for me, who is 169cm tall and of average build. I think it would be small for those over 173cm. As shown in the last two images, there is damage to the right sleeve and buttonholes.
