This is a wool stand-up collar coat. The color is dark gray, and it has a herringbone pattern. I bought it a few years ago at the suit section of a department store. It's made in Japan. It's fully lined, and I think it's made very sturdily. It's a size L, but I feel it's quite large, so you can wear it over a suit. I've hardly worn it, so it's like new.
