This is an Art Deco Old Noritake piece from 1912 (Taisho 1). The backstamp is the popular RC (Royal Crockery) "Yajirobe" mark. I purchased it from the owner of a long-established coffee shop, after some persuasion. Cup diameter: 8.3cm Height: 6.5cm Saucer diameter: 13.5cm Capacity (full): 125cc This piece has a simple form that combines Cubism, which was stripped of various techniques and leaned towards Western styles, with Japanese elements. It's a timeless piece perfect for everyday use. Please experience the Taisho Roman era. It's a beautiful item without any chips or cracks, but there may be some minor scratches.
