This is a children's Nagoya obi that was likely used a few times about 40 years ago. A matching obiage (sash tie) is also included, which is believed to have been used with the obi. It has been stored in a chest of drawers for a long time, and has not been well-maintained. From a layman's perspective, there appear to be no noticeable stains or mold, but someone with a trained eye may find stains, discoloration, wrinkles, or fraying, and the storage smell may be noticeable. It may only be suitable for practice or repurposing.
